Account Management Coordinator

Description

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, operations, or client/account support
• Strong spreadsheet skills (formulas, pivots, queries, dashboards)
• A detail-focused, process-driven mindset with comfort enforcing structure
• Awareness of GenAI tools and curiosity to automate repetitive tasks

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enforce account-wide workflows (onboarding, leave, offboarding, compliance)
• Create, update, and reconcile SOWs, POs, invoices, and billing reports across 10–12 projects
• Build and manage dashboards, billing trackers, and automated reporting using Google Sheets + AI tools

• Experience in large corporate environments or working across multiple project teams
• Comfort working with vendor management teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with automation using Slack, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
