Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer homes, building trust and rapport.
  • Manage customer home portfolios with precision, conducting monthly account reviews.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and discuss rental pricing with customers before listing properties on platforms like AppFolio, Zillow, and Redfin.
  • Proactively communicate and any property issues, including emergencies, and coordinate swift resolutions for customers and tenants.
  • Collaborate with customers to address inquiries and ensure submitted work orders receive prompt owner approval.
  • Advocate for customers by understanding lease agreements and property management agreements.
  • Notify customers immediately of tenant move-outs and create transition plans in advance.
  • Communicate with the workflow management team to ensure work orders are completed.
  • Coordinate with field managers to ensure all homes are secure and ready for rental.
  • Ensure lockboxes are placed on all vacant homes under management.
  • Coordinate home inspections with the Section 8 office and address any necessary repairs.
  • Facilitate tenant move-ins after homes pass Section 8 inspections and conduct pre-move-in inspections.
  • Audit websites to ensure occupied properties are accurately listed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in account management
  • 2 Years customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional Organization skills.
