We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team here at Fit + Fresh. Fit + Fresh is the leading designer and manufacturer of lunch bags in the US, distributing to over 35,000 doors in the US including all major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon. We are experiencing rapid growth at retail and as such, we are expanding the team.

In this newly created role, you will support our Sales Account Management Team, playing a key role in the development and growth of the accounts in our Grocery channel.

Key Responsibilities


Account Management

o  Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned grocery retail accounts

o  Build strong relationships with buyers, replenishment managers, and supply chain partners

o  Act as a trusted advisor and category expert to retail partners


Business Growth

o  Develop and execute sales strategies to expand inline and seasonal assortments

o  Identify whitespace opportunities and new product placements within the grocery channel

o  Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform assortment and pricing strategies


Operations & Execution

o  Ensure 100% accuracy of item setups, POs, and promotional submissions

o  Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to deliver operational excellence

o  Track sales and inventory performance, making proactive recommendations to optimize in-stock and sell-through


Forecasting & Reporting

o  Maintain weekly trackers on sales, inventory, and promotional performance

o  Provide regular recaps to internal leadership and retail partners

o  Manage account profitability

Skills for Success

·       CPG & Retail Expertise : Experience in consumer-packaged goods and grocery/retail account management

·       Fashion & Trend Awareness : Genuine interest in style-driven products and market trends

·       Strong Account Management : Organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple timelines, promotions, and item setups

·       Analytical & Financial Acumen : Comfortable with sales data, forecasting, margins, etc.

·       Organization & Attention to Detail : Strong follow-through and accuracy in item maintenance, pricing, and promotional submissions

·       Collaborative Team Player : Excellent communicator who works cross-functionally and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done

·       Problem Solver with Initiative : Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·       Tech Savvy : Proficient in Excel (v-lookups and pivots) and retailer portals; quick to learn new systems

·       Travel Ready : Able to travel for key account meetings, market visits, and trade shows as needed
