Account Manager

iSchool is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with educational institutions and individual customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote our range of online coding and programming courses for K-12 students.

Your expertise in account management will be vital in maintaining high levels of client engagement, loyalty, and growth within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of services.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and expansion.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary.
