In this role, you will have the opportunity to support various financial tasks and projects, contributing to our organization’s overall success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Manager, you will actively assist the finance team with a range of responsibilities, gaining valuable insights and experience across different finance areas. Your primary duties will include:

  • Recording and maintaining entries of daily business transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Keeping bank accounts up to date by posting daily transactions.
  • Maintaining organized records and files.
  • Recording and reviewing monthly expenses, and preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports.
  • Preparing monthly GST data and filing GST returns.
  • Generating invoices and challans daily.
  • Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
  • Calculating, deducting, and depositing TDS in accordance with statutory guidelines.
  • Preparing and filing quarterly TDS returns and issuing Form 16/16A to deductees.
  • Performing bank and account reconciliations.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of financial transactions.
  • Utilizing advanced Excel functions for financial analysis, data validation, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.

What We Need From You:
We are seeking a candidate who is resourceful, highly organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Certifications: GST or TDS certification is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience: Proven experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive approach; ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
