• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with key clients.
• Lead projects across creative, digital, production, and technology disciplines.
• Understand client needs, translate them into actionable briefs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, strategy, digital) to maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Support proposal development and presentation processes.

• 3+ years of experience in an integrated agency, digital agency, or brand management role.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication, digital ecosystems, and brand strategy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — both in Turkish and English.
• Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel projects.
