Basic Functions
-
Drive sales, business development, and forecasting to achieve strategic goals by leading enterprise and public sector customers through the entire business cycle

Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop the strategy to resolve roadblocks
-
Manage a multi-quarter forecast and sales plan with accounts spanning from enterprise to public sector
-
Oversee all aspects of transactions involving agreement terms and pricing
-
Recognize each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and external landscape
-
Collaborate with or lead Glasshouse Account Managers and Presales team members to close deals for customers

Expand new accounts and Cloud sales
-
Be able to manage profit base opportunities commercially to achieve yearly goals and growth strategies

Develop action plans with partners to deploy new customer-focused solutions based on Cloud
Qualifications
-
Min 6 years of sales experience
-
Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or bachelor’s degree with
-
technical sales experience
-
Building of a transformational Cloud vision and execution model aligned with Customer’s challenges and desired outcome
-
Basic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate standard and non-standard T&Cs
-
Proven ability to achieve results working with complex organizations both internally and externally
-
Ability to influence others to achieve results
-
Understanding of relevant market trends and opportunities
-
Excellent and proven presentation and consultative skills
-
Negotiator - can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
