We're hiring a motivated Account Manager with strong high-end residential experience to lead client relationships, oversee service quality, and drive enhancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end residential accounts (and some commercial clients)
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, property managers, and HOAs
• Conduct detailed property walkthroughs and prepare enhancement proposals
• Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure top-quality service delivery
• Use Aspire (or similar platform) for quoting, scheduling, and job tracking
• Participate in snow operations during the winter season

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing residential or estate-level landscape accounts
• Proven success with client retention, service delivery, and enhancements
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM or landscape management platforms (e.g., Aspire)
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
