Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients’ business goals, needs, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to ensure timely and successful .
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage client contracts, renewals, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of client trust.
- Keep accurate records of all account activitie.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to advise clients strategically.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or high-value accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
