Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Account Sales Management: Lead the commercial landscaping sales, setting clear goals and driving performance to achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored landscaping solutions.
• Conduct site visits, present project proposals, and guide clients through the sales process with expert consultation.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, stay informative on market trends and contribute to expanding the company’s client base

Job Requirements:

• Landscape Architect. (preferred) with a related background such as Architecture, Civil or Environmental Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial landscaping or project sales.
• Proficient in Auto-Cad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit.
• Extroverted, confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills
