Account Manager

Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Remote ( Udaipur, Rajasthan)

Experience: 4–6 years

License: Colorado P&C License (preferred) or readiness to apply for one

Insurance Designations/Courses: AINS, AIM, CIC, or CPCU

Market Exposure: Experience handling both Admitted and Non-Admitted (Surplus Lines) markets

Industry Experience: Prior handling of books for Construction, Restaurants, and Lessor’s Risk accounts

System Experience: Strong working knowledge of Applied EPIC

Preferred Tasks/Duties:

• Accounting Items & Reports
• Direct Customer Service & Premium Collection Support
• Audits and Audit Disputes
• Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, Cancellations/Reinstatements
• Binds, Renewals, Rewrites, and New Business
• Contract and Coverage Reviews
• E-Docs, Carrier Transactions, and Policy Checks
• Endorsement Processing, Invoicing, and Premium Allocations
• Policy Expiration Monitoring, Renewal Log Maintenance
• Handling Client Billing, Coverage, and Premium Discrepancies
• Quotes for Midterm Coverage Changes
• MVR Reviews, E-Mod Letters, and other client support tasks
• Attend weekly team meetings and perform any additional assigned duties
