As the Account Manager in a marketing and events company, you will oversee key client relationships, manage the execution of marketing campaigns and events, and ensure that client expectations are met. You will serve as the main point of contact between the client and
internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: br>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Campaign and Event Management: br>Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Coordination: br>Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creative, production, and finance departments, to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Budget Management: br>Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining profitability. Provide accurate cost estimates and track actual spend throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proposal Development: br>Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business, working closely with creative and strategy teams to craft compelling solutions for prospective clients.
  • Performance Reporting: br>Provide clients with detailed reports on campaign/event performance, analyzing key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement to drive client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: br>Identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients and collaborate with the business development team to pursue upselling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution: br>Proactively address any client concerns or project challenges, offering quick and effective solutions to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Contract and Compliance Management: br>Ensure all projects adhere to contractual agreements and legal requirements, managing any client specific compliance issues.
  • Team Leadership and Development: br>Mentor and guide junior account managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the account team.
