Account Manager (Customer Success)

Slider is looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with existing customers and ensure they get real value from the product. This role focuses on retention, adoption, and account growth — not cold sales or ticket-based support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with active customers
• Drive product adoption and usage
• Run regular check-ins and handle renewals
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
• Collect customer feedback and work with product/support teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
