Job Description

Mersat Holdings is seeking a Payment Collection Executive to manage client payment collections and oversee fund flows within the company. The role requires close coordination with clients to ensure payments are received within agreed credit periods and that all transactions are accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients to collect payments within agreed credit period deadlines
• Regularly follow up on outstanding and overdue payments
• Manage company fund flows
• Handle cash collections, bank transfers, and cheque collections
• Monitor and support debt collection activities
• Record and update all payment transactions accurately in the CRM / database
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding payment status
• Coordinate with internal finance and accounts teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Accounts, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in payment collection or accounts preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and email drafting
• Must be on a "spouse visa / Dependent Visa"
• Must be living in "Abu Dhabi City only"
• Ready to join immediately

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day
