Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting clinic services, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Explain aesthetic services, packages, and promotions clearly and professionally
• Convert leads into appointments and support clinic revenue targets
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure smooth client flow
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when required
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in aesthetic or healthcare setting is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or clinic systems is a plus
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach
