Account Manager

Locally owned fast-paced business looking to add an ACCOUNT MANAGER to our team immediately!

The Account Manager is the first in line to talk to new and existing clients who call, email, or walk in. In this role you will gain knowledge on the different services and products we offer. While actively listening to the client requests, you will be able to recommend the products and services that best fit their needs.

The Account Manager will work closely with our General Manager and Graphic Designer. This person is the go-between for the client and our designer. Your job is to make sure you know what the client wants/expects and relay that effectively to the Graphic Designer. At times you will need to make sure the production team is on schedule, especially for any rush jobs.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Speaking with clients about what they need.
  • Answering the phone and taking notes while talking.
  • Reading and responding to emails.
  • Discussing projects with Graphic Designer.
  • Entering each job into a workflow database for tracking.
  • Creating and sending estimates and invoices.
  • Following up on stalled projects.
  • Keeping tabs on all open jobs to make sure they are handled in a timely manner.
  • Learning material and products offered.
  • Becoming informed on services offered.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.

  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Selling is not required, but commissions are offered for leads that generate into sales.

Compensation will be based on experience. Sales experience is a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
