About the Partnership

Focused on the Details, Inc. is expanding our network of professional janitorial subcontractors. We provide steady commercial accounts, clear scopes of work, and reliable payment; you bring quality, professionalism, and pride in results.

What You’ll Do

• Routine commercial cleaning (offices, medical/dental, salons, fitness, common areas)
• Tasks include floors, restrooms, trash, dusting, glass, touch points, and periodic deep cleans
• Optional add-ons if you offer them (carpet, floor care, window cleaning, turnovers)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Registered business (LLC/Corp/Sole Prop) able to receive 1099
• General Liability Insurance (typically $1M aggregate)
• Workers’ Compensation (as required by law in your state)
• 3+ years commercial cleaning experience with references
• Reliable vehicle and your own equipment & supplies
• Ability to start quickly and follow site security/health protocols
• Smartphone for checklists, photos, and communication

Nice to Have

• Floor care (VCT/LVT machine work), carpet extraction, window cleaning
• Small crew or capacity to scale
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
• Medical/dental office experience a plus

Compensation

• Per-contract pay based on scope, frequency, and complexity
• Typical range $200–$2,500+ per month per contract
• Opportunities to stack multiple contracts in your service area

Service Areas

Bucks, Montgomery, Northeast Philadelphia, Central NJ (Mercer/Hunterdon, etc.). Tell us where you operate and your preferred time windows.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
