Job Title: Account Manager
Summary/Objective: As an Account Manager at Ezderm, you will serve as the primary strategic advocate for our existing client base and a key driver within the Sales team. Your mission is to ensure partners maximize the full clinical and operational value of the Ezderm platform while proactively identifying opportunities for revenue growth, feature expansion, and long-term retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Own the Upsell Lifecycle: Identify white-space opportunities within your portfolio to increase account value through the sale of additional licenses, new software modules, and integrated premium services.
- Contractual Stewardship: Lead the end-to-end renewal process, navigating complex negotiations, multi-year commitments, and pricing restructures for expanding multi-provider practices.
- Pipeline Generation: Partner with the broader Sales team to turn successful client outcomes into qualified referrals and peer-to-peer leads.
- Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM, providing leadership with reliable monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Competitive Defense: Monitor the competitive landscape to effectively position Ezderm’s unique value proposition during renewal discussions or competitive threats.
Relationship & Portfolio Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the lead ambassador for Ezderm, maintaining regular touchpoints with practice owners, physicians, and administrators to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Post-Onboarding Continuity: Manage the critical hand-off from the Implementation team, ensuring new clients transition from basic setup to sophisticated "Power User" status
- Account Health Monitoring: Proactively track and analyze account engagement metrics to identify at-risk clients and execute intervention strategies to prevent churn.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct strategic reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate ROI, share product updates, and align Ezderm’s roadmap with the client’s growth plans.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the customer, capturing feedback and collaborating with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to improve the overall user experience.
Operational Excellence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Implementation and Training teams to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts and continued education for existing ones.
- CRM Hygiene: Ensure all client interactions, contract details, and health notes are meticulously documented in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Escalation Management: Coordinate the resolution of critical client issues by working across departments (Technical Support, Billing, Engineering) to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Ezderm’s client success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably within SaaS or Healthcare Technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets.
- Exceptional presentation skills (Online and in-person).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-suite executives and clinical staff.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client site visits or industry conferences (AAD, etc.). Up to 30%.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
