We are hiring an
Account Manager
to join a globally recognised business specialising in immersive and experiential technology. With a strong international presence, this organisation partners with major brands, retailers, and entertainment venues to deliver innovative, interactive experiences.
The Role
As an
Account Manager
, you will be a key member of the Client Services team, taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
This is
not a business development role
. Instead, you will focus on managing and delivering approved opportunities, acting as the day-to-day client lead across pitching, contracting, and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from brief through to delivery

Act as the main point of contact for clients during pitch and delivery phases

Support and execute pitch responses for inbound opportunities

Prepare and submit RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain client portals, vendor registrations, and documentation libraries

Coordinate with internal creative and technical teams to meet deadlines

Ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations and agreed frameworks

Escalate any commercial or scope changes where required
Requirements
-
3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or Client Services

Experience within a project-based environment (creative, experiential, digital, or production)

Exposure to the GCC market (Arabic is advantageous)

Experience working on RFI/RFP processes and pitch support

Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills (Figma is a plus)

Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working under pressure

A proactive, process-led mindset with an interest in immersive or emerging technologies
