Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who can manage client relationships while also contributing to business growth.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Handle clients professionally
  • Ensure smooth delivery and communication
  • Identify and bring in new business opportunities

If you’re someone who can own accounts AND think in terms of revenue, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins and updates
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
  • Qualify prospects and support in closing deals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Increase client lifetime value
  • Recommend strategies to improve results
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, ops, delivery)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Resolve issues proactively

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in:
  • Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with:
  • Lead generation or outreach
  • Client handling and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Prefer only backend coordination (no client interaction)
