About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who can manage client relationships while also contributing to business growth.
This role requires someone who can:
- Handle clients professionally
- Ensure smooth delivery and communication
- Identify and bring in new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins and updates
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach
- Qualify prospects and support in closing deals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Increase client lifetime value
- Recommend strategies to improve results
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, ops, delivery)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time
- Resolve issues proactively
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in:
- Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with:
- Lead generation or outreach
- Client handling and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
