Account Manager (Client & Team Operations)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Overview

AheadTech360 is seeking an Account Manager (Client & Team Operations) who will be the main point of contact for both clients and employees. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely project delivery.

The Account Manager will manage the workflow of multiple specialists (SEO, Developers, Designers, Content Writers, etc.), assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to clients and management. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, natural leader, and highly organized professional with an understanding of digital services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients.
  • Act as the direct supervisor and main contact for employees.
  • Assign and monitor work across teams (SEO, Development, Design, Content, etc.).
  • Collect updates from team members and prepare clear progress reports.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage client communications, calls, meetings, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated, and disciplined work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English & Urdu).
  • Good understanding of digital services (SEO, Web Development, Content, Design, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle deadlines/pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or software house.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).
  • Ability to assist with client onboarding and sales support when required.
