Drive business growth by managing key accounts and developing new opportunities in the ICT Solutions sector. Responsible for sales strategies, account planning, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. Work closely with pre-sales and services teams to deliver tailored solutions in Server & Storage, Enterprise Networking, and Data Center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute account planning and sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to design and deliver end-to-end ICT solutions.
  • Drive consultative and solution-based selling at IT Manager, IT Head, and CXO levels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity identification, bidding, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain an excellent track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Leverage strong customer contacts to expand installed base and penetrate new accounts.
  • Ensure competitive positioning by staying updated on ICT trends and market developments.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
