Position Overview :-

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for key clients. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring solutions while maintaining strong relationships and exceeding performance goals. This role blends account management, consulting, and recruitment leadership, requiring exceptional interpersonal, sourcing, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, organizational culture, and talent needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert recruitment advice, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment between recruitment outcomes and business goals.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality closures.
  • Oversee candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer management.
  • Maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

3. Candidate Sourcing

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Identify and attract high-quality talent for various mid-to-senior-level roles across industries.
  • Maintain active talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing tools and market mapping techniques to find niche or hard-to-locate candidates.

4. Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Align candidate strengths with client requirements and present qualified profiles with accuracy.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process and manage their expectations professionally.

5. Process Management

  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and status updates between clients and candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Track recruitment activities using ATS or CRM tools for accurate reporting and performance tracking.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment delivery processes.

6. Goal Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment delivery and revenue targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Take ownership of business outcomes and ensure consistent client retention and account growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or Account Management.
  • Proven success in managing client accounts and delivering full-cycle recruitment services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a result-oriented and consultative approach.
