Account Manager (Tier 3)

Creativity Justified is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Account Manager to support and manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and exceptional client experience.

This role serves as a critical liaison between clients and internal teams, responsible for maintaining communication, driving project momentum, and ensuring all deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment—someone who does not wait for direction but instead anticipates needs, solves problems, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Lead and support client meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-ups
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring responses within 1 hour during working hours
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that support retention and growth

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Coordinate with Creative, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of all client work
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple accounts
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and escalate as needed
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards before submission

Reporting & Accountability

  • Support the development and delivery of Weekly Client Status Reports
  • Ensure all internal tasks tied to client work are completed and properly documented
  • Maintain accurate records in project management and CRM systems (Basecamp, SCORO, Dubsado, etc.)
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client deliverables and approvals

On-Site Client Engagement (New Orleans Market)

  • Attend client meetings, events, and activations as needed
  • Represent Creativity Justified professionally in community and client-facing environments
  • Support on-site coordination for campaigns, productions, or events

Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify opportunities for upsells, additional services, or expanded engagement
  • Support proposal development and client renewals in collaboration with leadership

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or agency environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools (SCORO, Basecamp, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Dubsado or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in or near New Orleans, LA
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, government entities, or large organizations
  • Background in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Experience supporting on-site events, activations, or productions

Compensation

  • Hourly Range: $17.75 – $21.00

Pay: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour
