Shaheen Developers is Expanding – We’re Hiring Marketplace Account Managers

Shaheen Developers is growing its e-commerce operations and looking for experienced Account Managers to strengthen and scale our marketplace presence.

We are seeking professionals who understand how to drive sales, optimize listings, manage advertising, and handle complete marketplace operations with ownership and accountability.

If you have hands-on experience with Amazon, Walmart, or eBay seller accounts and know how to convert strategy into revenue, we want to hear from you.

Position 1: Amazon Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete Amazon Seller Central operations
  • Create, optimize, and manage high-converting product listings (SEO-focused)
  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns and advertising strategy
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Track sales performance, margins, and scaling opportunities
  • Manage inventory planning and order flow
  • Prepare detailed performance and growth reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
  • Solid understanding of account health and compliance policies
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of relevant experience

Position 2: eBay Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day eBay store operations
  • Create and optimize listings for visibility and conversions
  • Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns
  • Monitor seller standards and account performance
  • Manage orders, returns, and customer experience
  • Research competitors and market trends
  • Identify opportunities to scale revenue
  • Generate regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing eBay seller accounts
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization and marketplace policies
  • Familiarity with eBay tools and performance metrics
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of relevant experience

Position 3: Walmart Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete Walmart Seller Center operations
  • Create and optimize product listings according to Walmart SEO best practices
  • Monitor listing quality scores and account performance metrics
  • Manage advertising campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart marketplace policies
  • Track inventory, pricing strategies, and order management
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis
  • Prepare sales and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Walmart seller accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart listing optimization and advertising
  • Understanding of marketplace compliance and performance standards
  • Analytical mindset with revenue-focused approach
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience & expertise)
