Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Understand client objectives and ensure the company's solutions align with their goals

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Technical) to deliver a seamless experience

Monitor account performance, usage, and engagement
-
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
-
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
-
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance

Ensure contract renewals and client retention
Requirements
-
0-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably SaaS or
-
technology)
-
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
-
Experience with CRM tools and account management processes
-
Familiarity with SaaS products or digital solutions is a plus
-
Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
-
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills
