Position Overview:
The Account Operations Specialist supports both the Commercial Excellence and Healthcare Sales teams in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of commercial activities across key pharmacy chains, distributors, and healthcare partners. The role provides operational and analytical support to optimise order management, promotional execution, and stock performance, contributing to overall account profitability and customer satisfaction.
This position plays a central role in translating strategic account plans into daily operations by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance data, and maintaining accuracy across systems and reports. Working closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, the Account Operations Specialist ensures that joint business plans and trade marketing activities are implemented effectively. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach that embodies NCH’s values of trust, partnership, and simplicity.
