Account Recovery Executive

Job Brief:


The potential candidate for this position will be responsible for classifieds agency portfolio expansion / engagement, churn optimization, excellent relationship management & achievement of classifieds revenue ambitions in assigned regional / zonal locations

Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for revival, activation & expansion of zonal agency portfolio for classifieds.
  • Maintain strong liaison with real estate agencies in assigned area / region.
  • Periodic account handling / management of respective assigned real estate agencies.
  • Ensure consistent periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals.
  • Ensure that clients are up-to-date with the latest company offering and product information. Regularly following up with existing clients for portfolio and up-selling activities.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve agency expansion ambitions.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of in sales & account Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Tech Savvy, Self-Motivated & Result Oriented.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Stakeholder Management.
  • Exceptional Negotiation, Active-Listening and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Dynamic Business Analytical knowledge.
