Job Brief:
The potential candidate for this position will be responsible for classifieds agency portfolio expansion / engagement, churn optimization, excellent relationship management & achievement of classifieds revenue ambitions in assigned regional / zonal locations
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for revival, activation & expansion of zonal agency portfolio for classifieds.

Maintain strong liaison with real estate agencies in assigned area / region.

Periodic account handling / management of respective assigned real estate agencies.

Ensure consistent periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals.

Ensure that clients are up-to-date with the latest company offering and product information. Regularly following up with existing clients for portfolio and up-selling activities.

Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.

Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve agency expansion ambitions.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Experience: 3-5 years of in sales & account Management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
