Recovery Officer

CA GOLD CITY Housing Scheme is looking for a diligent, motivated, and customer-focused Recovery Officer to join our team. The Recovery Officer will play a key role in ensuring the timely collection of installments and dues from clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
• Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to remind them of overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company policies.
• Send reminder notices, final notices, and other related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of recovery communications and transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear information regarding accounts.
• Handle client disputes and complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Prepare periodic reports on outstanding dues, recovery progress, and overall performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.
• Previous experience in recovery/collections is an advantage but not mandatory.
