About the Role
Global Connect Synergy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Recovery to oversee recovery operations, manage client accounts, and ensure timely debt collection. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, evaluate, and improve recovery functions and processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
  • Visit client offices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Develop effective strategies for debt recovery and maintain records of overdue accounts
  • Prepare memos, rescheduling notes, write-off requests, and default client reports
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams on recovery strategies
  • Identify, monitor, and update delinquent client lists for management review
  • Recover bad debts promptly and handle difficult cases tactfully
  • Perform other recovery-related tasks as assigned by management

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience (ISP/Telecom industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
