Job Title: Recovery Officer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: G-10/4, Islamabad
Language Preference: Punjabi (Mother Tongue)

About the Role

We are seeking a Recovery Officer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience in recovery or collections, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism. Preference will be given to candidates whose mother tongue is Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements effectively
• Maintain accurate recovery records and documentation
• Coordinate with accounts and legal departments as required
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recovery, collections, or a related field
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Must be based in Islamabad or willing to relocate
• Punjabi speaking (mother tongue preferred)
