Recovery Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage overdue accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role is critical in maintaining the organization financial health.

• Monitor and track outstanding debts.
• Contact debtors via phone, email, or written correspondence to negotiate repayment terms.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with legal teams to initiate legal proceedings when necessary.
• Provide regular reports on recovery rates, outstanding debts, and performance metrics.
• Identify high-risk accounts and recommend strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
