Sales and Recovery Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Recovery Officer to manage sales operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Promote and sell company products to wholesale and retail clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Recovery & Payment Collection:
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer disputes effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns regarding pricing, deliveries, and payments.
• Work closely with the finance and sales teams to manage credit terms.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Maintain and update records of sales, outstanding payments, and recovery efforts.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales and recovery performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding credit and collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in sales and recovery, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
