Account Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Trainer at Upskills training services - PK, located in Islamabad with work-from-home flexibility. The Account Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions for clients. The role also involves assessing training needs, monitoring the progress of trainees, and providing feedback to improve their performance. Additionally, the Account Trainer will be expected to maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes, while collaborating with other trainers and departments to ensure training effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Ability to assess training needs, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues
  • Good knowledge of account management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
  • ACCA / CA / BS accounting and finance / BBA / MBA
