Ø Audit Officer:

A well-known company is Looking for an "Accountant" for the calculation and payment of statutory deductions like EOBI (Employees Old-Age Benefits) Institution and ESSI (Employees Social Security Institution) along with the financial handling and record-keeping.

Location: ISLAMABAD

The main duties and responsibilities of Audit Officer may include: ----

**Compliance with Labor Laws:

**Stay updated with relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment legislation.

**Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all industrial relations activities.

**Ensure timely payments of EOBI and ESSI in each month.

**Maintain all confidential records related to Govt Institutions registration certificates, ongoing registered cases and negotiations.

**Utilize EOBI & ESSI systems to track, maintain and manage industrial relations-related data.

**Make negotiations with Labor Inspectors in favor of the Company.

**Support in representing the organization in labor-related hearings, arbitrations, or other legal proceedings

**Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.

b. Qualification:

**Bachelors or Masters.

**At least 3-4 years pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role.

c. Skills Required: ·

**Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills
