Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at our facility in Dubai Investment Park 2. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT compliance, and hands-on experience in managing accounts in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (payables, receivables, payroll, petty cash, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle invoicing, collections, supplier payments, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely filing of returns.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Support management with financial reporting and decision-making insights.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
