Job Title: Accountant & Admin Officer
Location: PNY Trainings, Model Town, Multan Office
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 32,000 per month
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

PNY Trainings is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Admin Officer for our Model Town, Multan office. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. This dual role requires both accounting expertise and administrative management skills.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain staff attendance records and coordinate with HR for payroll processing.
  • Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in implementing administrative systems and processes.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage facility-related issues and liaise with service providers.

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. This dual role requires both accounting expertise and administrative management skills.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Prepare, manage, and reconcile general ledgers, cash books, and bank statements.
  • Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and expense vouchers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy.
  • Monitor petty cash, control expenses, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, taxation rules, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with auditors for periodic financial audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
