HIRING!! ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
KEY SKILLS:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role based in the Qatar.
  • Experience with Sales & purchase ledger entry.
  • Should be know very well inventory management & filling document.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must have experience MS office ( world , excel) ...
  • Strong ability in English speaking & writing and help with management.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Performing admin tasks such as answering enquiries and resolving issues from clients by phone and email.

  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements.
  • Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices.
  • Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.
  • Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Coordinating and Assisting the External Auditor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
