Accountant

We, here at Express Courier Link, are looking for an Accountant to join our team. The person will be responsible for managing company finances, keeping accurate records, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records (income, expenses, invoices, receipts).
• Prepare and check financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Process payroll and keep employee salary records.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
• Support management with budgeting and financial planning.
• Follow company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant (3 years minimum).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
