Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our legal firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial management practices, along with prior experience handling accounts within the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Handle client billing, trust accounts, and expense allocations specific to legal firm operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, VAT regulations, and relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
• Support management in financial planning, reporting, and cost control.
• Maintain proper records and documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
