Job Purpose
To assist in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance work for clients of the firm, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial and statutory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable management for clients.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
- Assist in advance tax computation and tax planning.
- Maintain compliance records as per statutory requirements.
- Audit Assistance
- Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit assignments.
- Collect and verify client documents and records for audit.
- Draft working papers and schedules for auditors.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Support preparation of MIS and client-specific reports.
- Client Interaction
- Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up for compliance deadlines.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounting/taxation/audit (Freshers with strong basics can also apply).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
