Responsibilities:
- Manage salary files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
- Oversee phone bill payments and fee collections.
- Manage expense raised and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure timely payment uploads and administer PF and ESI payments.
- Handle GST filing processes and generate tax invoices.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, TDS, GST compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
