Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our financial operations with precision and efficiency. This role involves managing daily accounting processes, ensuring GST compliance, monitoring fund and cash flow, and delivering accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally ERP, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to generate actionable financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Prepare, review, and file GST returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
• Track and manage cash flow and fund flow for smooth financial functioning.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to aid business decision-making.
• Ensure timely posting of entries, report generation, and proper documentation.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits by maintaining compliance and necessary records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliations, and fund management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
