Accountant

Overview

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations using Tally software, including maintaining and reconciling financial records, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, supporting the finance team to achieve accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Description

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation using Tally software.

Reconcile accounts and balance sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and perform data entry operations in Tally.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct periodic audits and assist with the preparation for external audits.

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Certified Tally Accountant or equivalent Tally certification.

Proven experience as an accountant and using Tally software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Desirable experience in Restaurant Accountant

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
