Job Title: Accountant, Night Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Karachi. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating timely reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies. QuickBooks experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, A/P, A/R, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
• Use QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax laws
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Recommend improvements to enhance financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
