Accountant

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to manage our company’s financial records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger and financial records
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Process payments, verify transactions, and ensure timely settlements
  • Support external and internal audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions
  • Assist with payroll and employee reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Ladies with Construction Background

Visa and insurance will be provided by the company.

Salary to be discuss upon interview.
