What We are Looking For

We are in search of a detail oriented, reliable and proactive Accountant to support our growing financial operations across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting expertise, hands on experience with taxation, and the ability to manage multi platform financial workflows from vendor reconciliations to sales tax calculations and exports.

You will work closely with our CFO and Senior Finance Manager and our U.S teams to maintain accuracy, compliance and clarity across our operations. covering everything from QuickBooks reconciliation to marketplace claims (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.) to compliance with FBR, SECP, and U.S. sales tax jurisdictions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Oversee full cycle accounting (payables, receivables, taxation, exports).
  • Manage and reconcile invoices from platforms: Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Amazon, and more.
  • Track logistics costs and claims: FedEx, UPS, shipping rates, etc.
  • Record and post sales tax entries across U.S. states (NJ, GA, FL, OH, NC).
  • Handle payroll and commission calculations for Pakistan team.
  • Maintain vendor accounts, payments, and QuickBooks entries.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, PSEB, FBR, SECP, Customs, and FCCI.
  • Support marketplace deductions, debit notes and audit prep.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or taxation preferred.

Strong working knowledge of reconciliations.

Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and stay organized.

A solution driven mindset with eagerness to grow and contribute.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

  • Do you have prior experience maintaining multi-company or multi-platform accounts (e.g., BeBeJan, Pure Parima, Latest Bedding, etc.)?
  • Are you familiar with compliance and regulatory filings such as EOBI, PSEB, FBR, SECP, Excise, and Customs?
  • Have you managed payroll processing and commission calculations?
  • Have you handled sales tax calculations and filings for multiple U.S. states (e.g., NJ, GA, FL, OH, NC)?
  • Have you managed accounts payable and receivable in a professional role?
  • Do you have hands-on experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and reconciliations?
  • Are you familiar with preparing and reconciling marketplace/vendor invoices (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, Macy’s, eBay)?
  • Do you have experience reconciling shipment claims and invoices from carriers (FedEx, UPS, local vendors)?
  • Do you have experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)?
