Key Responsibilities
- Greet, engage, and assist wholesale buyers and retailers in selecting footwear products.
- Display and arrange stock in an attractive manner to encourage sales.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including styles, sizes, quality, and pricing.
- Negotiate prices, discounts, and bulk deals with wholesale customers.
- Prepare and process invoices, orders, and delivery slips.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing/offerings.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock availability and delivery.
- Keep accurate daily records of sales, payments, and credit transactions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum Matric/Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in wholesale/retail sales, preferably footwear or fashion products.
- Strong communication and bargaining skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock management, and record-keeping.
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
- Physically active to manage stock handling/display in the market.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary + commission/incentives
