About Us

Modern Space Contracting LLC is a leading renovation and fit-out company in Dubai, specializing in commercial and residential transformations. We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage all aspects of financial operations, including corporate tax, VAT compliance, and project budgeting for fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Handle Corporate Tax filing in line with FTA requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Prepare fit-out project budgets, monitor costs, and provide profitability reports.
• Utilize Xero accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting, and audits.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, petty cash, supplier payments, and approvals.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely account finalization.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company finances.
• Support management with financial planning and cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ UAE accounting experience, preferably in construction/fit-out.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filing.
• Experience in project-based budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• 5 years Experince in UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
