Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and support efficient financial operations aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims
• Handle daily cash and card reconciliation and report discrepancies, if any
• Maintain and track petty cash and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and coordinate with the head office for payments
• Assist with monthly closing and prepare summary reports for the finance department
• Coordinate inventory tracking and reconcile stock records with sales
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports specific to the Bike Centre
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding account balances when needed
• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
